SWM1 moulded case circuit breaker with rated insulation voltage 800V, applied in the power system of AC50(60)Hz, rated voltage 690V and below, rated current 1250A and below as the transfer not frequently. The circuit breaker has the protection devices of over load, short circuit and under voltage ,it can protect the circuit and power equipment from broken.


The mccb can be sorted to C type (basic),L type (standard),M type (high breaking), H type(higher breaking) according to its rated limit short circuit breaking capacity.


The mccb has the features small volume, breaking capacity high, electric arcing short ,anti-vibration. It is the ideal product for application in land and ship.


The installation can be vertical or level and the standard conforms to IEC60947-2 and GB14048.2.

Q: What is the difference between C/L/M/H breaking grades in SWM1 MCCB?A: C=basic (25kA) for light commercial; L=standard (35–50kA) for general industry; M=high (50–75kA) for heavy industry; H=higher (85–120kA) for high-fault-power grids, data centers, and marine. Higher grades handle larger short-circuit currents safely.

Q: Why can SWM1 be installed both vertically and horizontally while many MCCBs cannot?A: SWM1 uses a balanced internal mechanism and gravity-independent tripping structure. Most MCCBs rely on gravity and can only be mounted vertically. SWM1’s design makes it ideal for compact cabinets, ships, and special equipment.

Q: What is the difference between SWM1 MCCB and ordinary MCB in application scenarios?A: MCB is for low-current branch circuits (usually ≤63A). SWM1 MCCB is for main incomers, large feeders, motors, and industrial systems up to 1250A. It provides higher breaking capacity, adjustable protection, and longer durability for heavy loads.
