DZ47-63 high breaking miniature circuit breaker has the features of structure advanced, performance reliable, breaking capacity high, appearance elegant and its shell and parts are made of material with impact resistance, strong flame-retardant feature.

It is suitable to power system of 50or 60 frequency ,Ue 400V and below, Ui 63A and below.

It is mainly applied at office building, residence, for lighting , power distribution and overload and short circuit protection of equipment. Normally, it also can be used as the not frequent transfer of power system. It conforms to the standards IEC 60898-1 and GB10963.1.

  A: C-curve trips at 5–10In, designed for lighting and residential sockets with normal inrush current. D-curve trips at 10–14In, used for motors, compressors, and equipment with high starting current to avoid false tripping.

  A: Yes. 2P DZ47-63 is widely used as a main breaker for household distribution boards. For three-phase commercial or industrial incoming, 3P/4P is suitable. For heavy-duty main protection, we recommend our MCCB series.
• Q: What is the difference between 1P, 2P, 3P, 4P MCB and when should I use each?

  A: 1P breaks only live wire (for lighting). 2P breaks live + neutral (residential main/sockets). 3P breaks three-phase (industrial motors). 4P breaks three-phase + neutral (commercial three-phase incomer).
• Q: Why is 4.5kA breaking capacity sufficient for household and light commercial use?

  A: Most low-voltage distribution systems have short-circuit current below 4.5kA. 4.5kA ensures safe circuit interruption without damage, making it cost-effective and reliable for daily applications.
• Q: What is the difference between MCB and RCBO? Can DZ47 replace RCBO?

  A: DZ47 MCB only provides overcurrent/short-circuit protection. RCBO adds leakage protection to prevent electric shock. DZ47 cannot replace RCBO in wet areas or socket circuits where leakage protection is required.
• Q: How long is the service life of DZ47-63 MCB?

  A: Mechanical life is 10,000 switching cycles. Under normal operating conditions, service life is 8–12 years. We recommend replacement if obvious heating, malfunction, or aging occurs.
