Problem 1: The distribution box was not inspected after entering the site

For example: the second-layer board has no special grounding bolts, the protective ground section is small, the connection between the wire and the appliance is not firm, there is a reverse loop phenomenon, there is no card cabinet and electrical circuit map, the layout of the appliance, and the interval is unreasonable. It will seriously affect the construction period and product quality.

Solution: Communicate with the manufacturer first when ordering the distribution box. Let the manufacturer know what kind of distribution box they want, and ask the manufacturer to make samples. After the acceptance is passed, the manufacturer will be asked to carry out mass production; And when the products enter the factory, they will be census in strict accordance with the standards, and they will be carried out after they are confirmed to be qualified Install.

Question 2. The wood used in the distribution box has not been treated with flame retardant

Consequences: If the distribution box is used in a humid and dusty environment, the wood in it is very easy to rot, causing leakage; in addition, the wooden box is not treated with flame retardant, and it is also very easy to cause fire and affect the surrounding environment.

Solution: In order to ensure safe use, the wood used in the wiring box must be treated with flame retardant.

Problem 3: The installation of the distribution box is not firm enough, and the elevation does not meet the requirements. When it is concealed, the surrounding of the panel cannot be close to the wall.

Consequences: The installation elevation of the distribution box does not meet the regulations, the installation is not firm, and the box body is not vertical. When concealed installation, the surrounding edges of the panel are not close to the wall, which affects the use function and looks bad.

Solution: The elevation of the distribution box should meet the design requirements. When designing the standard, the standard height of the bottom edge of the distribution box from the ground should be 1.5 meters.

The installation of the distribution box should be firm, and the verticality of the installation should be allowed to deviate, but it should not be greater than 3 mm. When installing concealed, there should be no gaps around the distribution box, and the panel should be close to the wall.

Problem 4: The lines in the distribution box are scattered and not sorted out

Consequences: If the lines in the distribution box are messy, the second-layer board in the box will press the nozzle, which will affect the wire entering the group. If it is barely squeezed in, the insulation layer of the wire will be damaged for a long time, resulting in a short circuit.

Solution: When the distribution box is made of metal plate, it must be treated with anti-rust and anti-corrosion. The outlet holes in the box cannot be opened by electric welding. One tube and one hole are required. The metal box holes must be protected before threading.
