The Analysis of the Failure Causes of the Distribution Box

(1) Failure caused by the material of the components in the distribution box:

① There is a big gap between the distribution box manual and the actual technical data.

②The management of the purchase and storage of the distribution box is not strict.

③ The technical disclosure of the construction of the distribution box is not clear, which brings unnecessary constraints to the installation and use of the distribution box, resulting in operating failures.

(2) Distribution box failure caused by construction:

①The quality of the accessories of the distribution box is not strictly controlled, which will cause hidden dangers to safe operation.

②The installation process is not up to standard, such as: the cleaning inside the box is not thorough.

③ The material configuration of accessories in the distribution box is not up to standard.

④Insufficient and inconspicuous signs in the distribution box, and inadequate sealing of the distribution box in a humid environment, all of which have left hidden dangers for the operation of the distribution box.

(3) Distribution box failure caused by poor management and maintenance of the operating unit:

① Maintenance inspection and testing cannot be carried out regularly.

②Faults caused by seasonal natural rain, wind and snow, scorching sun exposure and other factors, such as; grounding bolts rusted, loose and other factors.

(4) Distribution box failure caused by other reasons:

①For the temporary power load, long-term calculation or inaccurate statistics cannot be considered, and the distribution box is overloaded, causing failure.

② The wiring holes at the upper and lower ends of the components in the distribution box do not match the diameter and cross-section of the incoming and outgoing wires or cables, resulting in hidden dangers for power supply.

③When other majors construct near the distribution box, damage the power supply circuit and cause it to be short-circuited or grounded, resulting in the failure of the distribution box.
