On September 14, 2024, the Chairman of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade,
along with foreign business partners, visited Zhejiang SINGI Electrical LLC to discuss matters of mutual cooperation.

Our company mainly operates in the field of building electrical products, including miniature circuit breakers,
molded case circuit breakers, distribution boxes, etc.

Our subsidiary, Soutya, mainly operates in photovoltaic components, including rapid shutdown devices, DC SPD,
DC miniature circuit breakers, DC fuses, photovoltaic combiner boxes, DC isolating switches, and DC molded case circuit breakers.

The foreign business partners fully recognized the product quality of our company and the mode of cooperation
between both parties. Subsequent discussions will also attempt to delve deeper into further cooperation.
